We shot for eight days in September 2007 - in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to produce our second show, for RFD-TV, about the Miniature Horse Registry Congress, that was supposed to air in High Definition on October 21st, 2007...
( Unfortunately, RFD-TV could NOT air the show in High Definition, last year, but it was scheduled to be broadcast in High Definition, 2008.)
But Fah get about it ... It's just NOT happening, any time soon.

... Tho ... this time, if you came to see photos of one of our video shoots, You are in luck.... as the first few galleries of photos, are from the two TV shows we completed in October 2007 and are in galleries you can click on.
These photos document the two video shoots we did in August and September of the Shetland Pony and the Miniature Horse Congress TV Shows airing in High Definition in 2008 on RFD-TV.
August 2007 ... we left on a plane to go to Rantoul... er... um... Gifford, Illinois, ( just outside of Bloomington) to catch the event, held in Gordyville, called .... The ... Platform Shetland Pony Congress.
This was a four day event, where people, from all over the United States, all met to show their Shetland ponies. There are lots of events for everyone to attend, so everyone has a chance to show off their favorite ponies.
There's events for the kids, where they can ride their ponies, thru obstacle courses, and even more events for the adults. Tho, one of the highlights of the congress, happens on the last day, when they give away a pony to the kid who writes the best essay about why they really need a pony ......
During the four days, we were there, people were showing their ponies in all kinds of events. Some people attach their ponies to fancy racing carts and race them.... others spend hours braiding their pony's tails and decorating them with flowers and then they attach their ponies to old antique wagons, or brand new shiny carts ... to show off their ponies.
... others wait for the Liberty event, at the end of the day. It's hard not to hoot and holler at this event, when those that love to let their ponies go totally free, let them loose in the show ring, for a minute and a half and let their ponies gallop and trot, to their hearts content ... It is a spectacular treat and great fun, to watch the ponies totally let loose and have a great time !
... Almost forgot to mention, there is another highlight of the Platform Shetland Pony Congress. ... seems that almost everyone who brings their Shetland ponies to this event, also brings their dogs ... So, you could kind'a say, that this "Congress" is a little ' like a Dog and Pony show.... too !
... We were excited that we were being given an opportunity to produce a TV show about this event and that the TV show was going to air on the RFD network, October 14th, 2007 and that the Miniature Horse Registry Congress Show was also airing, on October 20th, 2007 in High Definition ! ( However... Due to maybe a lack of Tecnical adeptness or just a lack of clear communication ... somewhere ... the high definition versions of these two shows will be not be broadcast til some time in 2008, this year. So, stay tuned, for the date and time of when these shows will be airing, in High Definition 2008 and find yourself, a big HD screen TV, that you can sit down in front of and see how these Shetland ponies and miniature horses, look in H D. It's amazing ! ... It looks like you can just reach out and touch them ! )

... June 2007 was the first time that ...
~ a new gallery of really old photos...
Yeah... really... really OLD photos....... I mean really OLD, old photos, were given a gallery of their own... these are photos taken by
Bud Gottesman, yeah... that's my dad. ...
Some of these photos were even taken before 1952 .... before I was born...
We got our dad to finally take out some of the old boxes of photos, that he's been storing up in the attic for years...
Of course, I had to take photos of them...
with my new camera that has a great macro lens. My new camera let me take photos of dad's old contact sheets, he made over 50 years ago... old yellowed contact sheets, that have photos on them, that my dad took, that are small !!! We are talking small, here ! Like ... the size of the top of a thumb tack !
So, I had to turn them into photos, that we could actually see.
There are also some great photos of my mom, when she was only 15 years old, before my dad met her ! These are photos that my dad didn't take.
There are even a few photos of my dad, in this gallery, of my dad, when he was 16 years old and younger, that his mom, my grama, took, that are from the 30's and 40's... Tho, my dad didn't take some of these photos, he did reprint these photos, in his own darkroom, when he was younger and a photographer, years later.
and... Here's a wild story, for you ... about something that happened, after we saw dad's old photos, that are in a gallery here ...
There was a photo we saw, of my dad when he was 16 years old ... with a friend, he had, in high school. ... that was 64 years ago ! We asked my dad about the photo and about his friend ... and ... our dad told us, the guy in the photo with him, was an old friend from High school and that he thought his friend, probably was "not around" any more... but, then, a few days, later, after we saw the photo of dad and his friend, when he was 16 years old ~ My dad, got an e mail, from his friend, from high school !
He hadn't spoke to him, in 64 years ! ... and ... He sent him an e mail to let him know, that some one had given him, my dad's book and he had read my dad's book, "The Reluctant Sailor" YEP ! ~ the book .... written by Bud Gottesman and he found himself laughing out loud... and he wanted to contact my dad, to let him know how much he loved reading his book !

- Seems the month of June 2007, was all about family month. ...

... Because ....
After Zack's graduation in Michigan... Beginning of June 2007 ~
All four sisters, made a road trip, with Zack, on his Birthday, to Columbus, Ohio.... to meet and help our cousin, the Famous internationally known, Quilter, Ami Simms, with her Alzheimer's Quilt Show and her Alzheimer's Priority Quilt Initiative Project ... It was a great road trip, there...
... and a great time in Ohio...
Even tho there were a huge number of Indian people occupying the elevators... at the Hyatt ... ( and we were on the tenth floor ... ) ... None of us can remember laughing so hard, or so long... or having to ask "Nancy" to be quiet, so many times...
Our only bad time, was at the end of our trip, when we were determined to have a good time, on our way back to Michigan, from Ohio... and continue visiting with each other, with a little more one on one time together, hanging out in each other's cars.... as we, drove back, in our caravan ... headed back home to Michigan ...
Instead, we all had to keep trying to keep track of our sister, Mindy, as she needs to speed.... and sped off... leaving the rest of our family caravan, in the dust, ...
Unfortunately..... she is one of those people that does not like to follow speed limits, does not know how to appreciate scenery, when on a road trip with others, and does not know how to be patient or considerate of others and here to fore, will forever be labeled DNDWWO.
What does that mean ??? Does Not Drive Well With Others.
Trying to keep up with her, caused us much aggravation and tears and sadness and a little fender bender, too ... We had to get creative, with the materials we had available ... and so we also documented how fun it was fixing Zack's bumper, by attaching it, back onto his car, with garbage ties, in the middle of a field, where we had to turn around, some where, just before the Ohio, Michigan border ... where we exchanged passengers, for the last time.
Then there was the very cool set of "On-Star" directions, that were delivered to us, by Ted, to help us get back to West Bloomfield, from where ever it was, we wound up being, that we hadn't planned on... after trying to catch up with Kim ... when we couldn't quite figure out how to get back from where we wound up.
But, what the heck... We made that fun, too... and at least.... the end of this story has a happy ending... We all made it back to Kim's,
(except for our cousin, Ami, who had to drive back up to Flint) and without Mindy, who went back to Imlay City and without any of us, really getting hurt physically... just a few little hurt feelings ... because of only one person's BAD DNDWWO behavior...

... And there's photos of Simm's trip to Connecticut.... to help a patient, who wanted to learn about raw foods and how to prepare them and make smoothies, for her mom.
There were several trips to the hospital at the beginning of my visit, to see and feed her mom... as her doctor said she would not survive.... more than a day...
Unfortunately, her three older sisters, didn't like the idea of their mother, being fed healthy organic food, insisting that it was better to let their mom eat the awful hospital food, she was being served...
.... Unfortunately, after they had their sister arrested in the hospital and had her handcuffed in front of her mom, in her hospital room....
The sisters got their mother home and began feeding her hot dogs and baked beans from a can... as they insisted that, that was the kind of food, she was used to eating and that it was the kind of food she liked and wanted.
They even got a restraining order in place, to keep us from seeing her mom and feeding her !
It was truly one of the most bizarre experiences, I've had, yet, trying to explain to my patient's uneducated sisters, that if they stopped drinking alcohol, smoking and eating Macdonald's fish sandwhiches, along with the processed meats and white bread sandwiches and all the overly processed foods they were choosing to eat along with the puddings they were buying in little plastic containers, filled with copious amounts of sugar and chemicals, that they might start to feel better and not feel so sick everyday...
Unfortunately ... Instead, they insisted that their fibro myalgia symptoms, constipation, facial pain, sinus problems and indigestion, had nothing to do with their poor food choices. These sisters actually argued with me, that they were sure that eating bad and smoking and drinking alcohol was not a contributing factor to their mom's ill health or to their own health problems.
On the other hand, my patient's kids were great, ... with open minds, they happily began, helping me make fresh organic salads and smoothies and said they liked the food and it tasted good. Unfortunately, they were dissappointed that they weren't able to share any of the salads and smoothies, they were making, with their aunts, ( their own mom's sisters...) or their Nana, ( their mom's mother...) ... nor were they able to interest any of their aunts about learning why organic food tastes better and why it is better for you to eat.
It was hard for them to understand why their aunts didn't even care to know anything about how healthy and delicious the organic salads and smoothies were, that we were making and eating ....
It made everyone very sad, that they didn't want to know anything about how to eat healthy, refusing to believe that they would start to feel better and heal their health problems if they changed their eating habits..
...
My patient's kids and my patient's friend, helped me make some great organic salads and smoothies... and we ate everything ourselves.... just like the little red hen....
There's even a photo, in this gallery, of Annette, with her son Isaiha, showing off all the good organic ingrediants, she put in her first smoothie, she made, all by herself, in their new blender....
... And ... Everyone at the house, loved helping me eat the crackers, we made ourselves, out of flax seeds, almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, carrots, garlic, ginger, red cabbage and tomatoes... and my patient started feeling better, even tho she was so upset about her sisters' terrible behavior...

... And... There are photos of Lizette's horses... we shot a video at Morningside Farms... for her, so she can have a video that will show how amazing her horses are, as her horses, named, Las Vegas, Solaris and Lorenzo's Fire, have all been trained to do Dressage...

all was basically lost that was sitting on the east side of our home... in the kitchen, and the cabinets, the garage and the living room... as
the wall that was shared with our neighbors... whose Hot water Heater just burst.... got soaked... and there was all this water that just kept on.... coming.... in..... we had to tear out the carpeting on the floor, half way across our living room and lost all our paper work that was sitting on the floor, by the filing cabinets.

What a day !
We were at three different locations and saw half a dozen absolutely awesome stallions ! These horses are prize winning dressage performers, too ! We met some really nice people and edited the whole video in less than 24 hours !

January 2007 - I started the new year off, right, by spending a day with Hompsananda, She came from Yogaville, in Virginia, to visit Miami, after never leaving the ashram, for the past twenty one years. This was her second time visiting florida, after fifty years ! It was a blessing to be able to spend some quality time, with her, in the car, while driving from Frt Lauderdale, to South Beach. However, I feel it was Gaylan, that really made lunch and our stroll on Lincoln Road, so much fun !
Then, getting to meet Gaylan, again, with Mica and Sachi in Boca and going shopping, to the beach and eating at a Vietnamese restaurant.... really continued to keep the blessings flowing, for this new year, too !

December 2006 we were celebrating the last day of chanuka... and ... there's lots of photos... because Daina.. wanted me to take lots of photos...

December 15th, 2006 was the date, we were able to see Josh and Jaqui and Jacob... When they came to Florida, for a cruise... ... We got to meet them at the Big casino, in Hollywood, we lit the menorah, together one night and had a chanuka party, too ! ~ To see the photos CLICK here . . .
December first, 2006 was the evening that we took photos of the South Beach Chamber Ensemble ...
playing music. I can hardly wait til we can post one of the video clips, from the video we shot, in High Definition ! The hope is, that this will be the beginning of creating a video, that will become a part of a very successful project, that will be able to help those less fortunate, be healed thru the beauty of the sound created by classical music. ~ It's all about the New Cool..." WILD Wheels" .
They got rainbow colored LED lights that never burn out, and you really can get these wheels to light up ! ~ ... Whether you are strapping onto your shoes, these " WILD Wheels" or if you are just setting these guys on a turntable, usually used only for records... these wheels just light up & sparkle !
I got one shot, where the wheels let Adam .... fly so fast... he disappeared ... and the only thing you see in the photo... are just the rainbow lights from the
" WILD Wheels" !

All this happened... Only just a few hours before our first hurricane of the 2006 season, was supposed to hit us...
There were some little tiny orchids that came out, too, when Hurricane Ernesto was trying to come at us with some hurricane force 1 or 2 winds ...But after our hurricane proof garage door was installed ... Ernesto's strength fizzled down into just another tropical storm.

A place that is held in such high esteem by most people who shop there, that I'm not even sure, if i am allowed to let you know the name of the place, that we shot these photos for !
The high level of sophistication and elegance that Adashi represents in the world of horses and the people who love them... goes far beyond any other place in Wellington, to being one of the most amazing places on the planet !
Anyway, I suspect that the hearts and souls of thousands of authentically real people who love their horses, have been captured, by the elegance that is Adashi ~ Actually... I have to admit that... Adashi... has become one of my most favorite, new clients...
This was a magical photo shoot, on an almost perfect beautiful day, that had the best well behaved stallions, captured in a little piece of an imaginary place... that was almost like heaven... kinda like Adashi... .... and the day ended with an absolutely delightful fun evening, too !
Sad Note, tho... - Sorry, but no photos were allowed of the fun, we had after the shoot... None of the whispering, or drinking, eating, laughing or giggling... at the place we went... could even be photographed.

There are two new amazing big orange iguanas that came to visit us and were dancing with eachother in our backyard ! Some times they seem happy to see eachother and other times, it seems they are fighting over territory.

We named our paddle boat, "Lily Paddle Pad" ... B'cuz, she is a really silly looking boat. She's basically a bicycle with two seats and a couple of pontoons strapped on.
Lilly provides great exercise and she's quiet, so you can see the wildlife, along the Hillsboro canal, without scaring everyone !
This makes it possible for us to photograph... iguanas and birds, alligators
and even people..... all along the Hillsboro Canal.
Paddling quietly along, the Hillsboro Canal, we have an opportunity to get candid photos of what we see ... and to learn about the wildlife and the essence of the land herself, by making friends with the characters living on and around the Hillsboro Canal.
Perhaps, you'd like to experience a little trip on our paddle boat... ~ on
"Lily Paddle Pad" .... or perhaps you would like to be in our documentary, or support our project to "clean up" the Hillsboro Canal...

( Unfortunately, RFD-TV could NOT air the show in High Definition, last year, but it was scheduled to be broadcast in High Definition, 2008.)

These photos document the two video shoots we did in August and September of the Shetland Pony and the Miniature Horse Congress TV Shows airing in High Definition in 2008 on RFD-TV.
August 2007 ... we left on a plane to go to Rantoul... er... um... Gifford, Illinois, ( just outside of Bloomington) to catch the event, held in Gordyville, called .... The ... Platform Shetland Pony Congress.
This was a four day event, where people, from all over the United States, all met to show their Shetland ponies. There are lots of events for everyone to attend, so everyone has a chance to show off their favorite ponies.
There's events for the kids, where they can ride their ponies, thru obstacle courses, and even more events for the adults. Tho, one of the highlights of the congress, happens on the last day, when they give away a pony to the kid who writes the best essay about why they really need a pony ......
During the four days, we were there, people were showing their ponies in all kinds of events. Some people attach their ponies to fancy racing carts and race them.... others spend hours braiding their pony's tails and decorating them with flowers and then they attach their ponies to old antique wagons, or brand new shiny carts ... to show off their ponies.
... others wait for the Liberty event, at the end of the day. It's hard not to hoot and holler at this event, when those that love to let their ponies go totally free, let them loose in the show ring, for a minute and a half and let their ponies gallop and trot, to their hearts content ... It is a spectacular treat and great fun, to watch the ponies totally let loose and have a great time !
... Almost forgot to mention, there is another highlight of the Platform Shetland Pony Congress. ... seems that almost everyone who brings their Shetland ponies to this event, also brings their dogs ... So, you could kind'a say, that this "Congress" is a little ' like a Dog and Pony show.... too !
... We were excited that we were being given an opportunity to produce a TV show about this event and that the TV show was going to air on the RFD network, October 14th, 2007 and that the Miniature Horse Registry Congress Show was also airing, on October 20th, 2007 in High Definition ! ( However... Due to maybe a lack of Tecnical adeptness or just a lack of clear communication ... somewhere ... the high definition versions of these two shows will be not be broadcast til some time in 2008, this year. So, stay tuned, for the date and time of when these shows will be airing, in High Definition 2008 and find yourself, a big HD screen TV, that you can sit down in front of and see how these Shetland ponies and miniature horses, look in H D. It's amazing ! ... It looks like you can just reach out and touch them ! )

... June 2007 was the first time that ...
~ a new gallery of really old photos...
Yeah... really... really OLD photos....... I mean really OLD, old photos, were given a gallery of their own... these are photos taken by
Bud Gottesman, yeah... that's my dad. ...
Some of these photos were even taken before 1952 .... before I was born...
We got our dad to finally take out some of the old boxes of photos, that he's been storing up in the attic for years...
Of course, I had to take photos of them...
with my new camera that has a great macro lens. My new camera let me take photos of dad's old contact sheets, he made over 50 years ago... old yellowed contact sheets, that have photos on them, that my dad took, that are small !!! We are talking small, here ! Like ... the size of the top of a thumb tack !
So, I had to turn them into photos, that we could actually see.
There are also some great photos of my mom, when she was only 15 years old, before my dad met her ! These are photos that my dad didn't take.
There are even a few photos of my dad, in this gallery, of my dad, when he was 16 years old and younger, that his mom, my grama, took, that are from the 30's and 40's... Tho, my dad didn't take some of these photos, he did reprint these photos, in his own darkroom, when he was younger and a photographer, years later.
and... Here's a wild story, for you ... about something that happened, after we saw dad's old photos, that are in a gallery here ...
There was a photo we saw, of my dad when he was 16 years old ... with a friend, he had, in high school. ... that was 64 years ago ! We asked my dad about the photo and about his friend ... and ... our dad told us, the guy in the photo with him, was an old friend from High school and that he thought his friend, probably was "not around" any more... but, then, a few days, later, after we saw the photo of dad and his friend, when he was 16 years old ~ My dad, got an e mail, from his friend, from high school !
He hadn't spoke to him, in 64 years ! ... and ... He sent him an e mail to let him know, that some one had given him, my dad's book and he had read my dad's book, "The Reluctant Sailor" YEP ! ~ the book .... written by Bud Gottesman and he found himself laughing out loud... and he wanted to contact my dad, to let him know how much he loved reading his book !

After Zack's graduation in Michigan... Beginning of June 2007 ~
All four sisters, made a road trip, with Zack, on his Birthday, to Columbus, Ohio.... to meet and help our cousin, the Famous internationally known, Quilter, Ami Simms, with her Alzheimer's Quilt Show and her Alzheimer's Priority Quilt Initiative Project ... It was a great road trip, there...
... and a great time in Ohio...
Even tho there were a huge number of Indian people occupying the elevators... at the Hyatt ... ( and we were on the tenth floor ... ) ... None of us can remember laughing so hard, or so long... or having to ask "Nancy" to be quiet, so many times...
Our only bad time, was at the end of our trip, when we were determined to have a good time, on our way back to Michigan, from Ohio... and continue visiting with each other, with a little more one on one time together, hanging out in each other's cars.... as we, drove back, in our caravan ... headed back home to Michigan ...
Instead, we all had to keep trying to keep track of our sister, Mindy, as she needs to speed.... and sped off... leaving the rest of our family caravan, in the dust, ...
Unfortunately..... she is one of those people that does not like to follow speed limits, does not know how to appreciate scenery, when on a road trip with others, and does not know how to be patient or considerate of others and here to fore, will forever be labeled DNDWWO.
What does that mean ??? Does Not Drive Well With Others.
Trying to keep up with her, caused us much aggravation and tears and sadness and a little fender bender, too ... We had to get creative, with the materials we had available ... and so we also documented how fun it was fixing Zack's bumper, by attaching it, back onto his car, with garbage ties, in the middle of a field, where we had to turn around, some where, just before the Ohio, Michigan border ... where we exchanged passengers, for the last time.
Then there was the very cool set of "On-Star" directions, that were delivered to us, by Ted, to help us get back to West Bloomfield, from where ever it was, we wound up being, that we hadn't planned on... after trying to catch up with Kim ... when we couldn't quite figure out how to get back from where we wound up.
But, what the heck... We made that fun, too... and at least.... the end of this story has a happy ending... We all made it back to Kim's,
(except for our cousin, Ami, who had to drive back up to Flint) and without Mindy, who went back to Imlay City and without any of us, really getting hurt physically... just a few little hurt feelings ... because of only one person's BAD DNDWWO behavior...

... And there's photos of Simm's trip to Connecticut.... to help a patient, who wanted to learn about raw foods and how to prepare them and make smoothies, for her mom.
There were several trips to the hospital at the beginning of my visit, to see and feed her mom... as her doctor said she would not survive.... more than a day...
Unfortunately, her three older sisters, didn't like the idea of their mother, being fed healthy organic food, insisting that it was better to let their mom eat the awful hospital food, she was being served...
.... Unfortunately, after they had their sister arrested in the hospital and had her handcuffed in front of her mom, in her hospital room....
The sisters got their mother home and began feeding her hot dogs and baked beans from a can... as they insisted that, that was the kind of food, she was used to eating and that it was the kind of food she liked and wanted.
They even got a restraining order in place, to keep us from seeing her mom and feeding her !
It was truly one of the most bizarre experiences, I've had, yet, trying to explain to my patient's uneducated sisters, that if they stopped drinking alcohol, smoking and eating Macdonald's fish sandwhiches, along with the processed meats and white bread sandwiches and all the overly processed foods they were choosing to eat along with the puddings they were buying in little plastic containers, filled with copious amounts of sugar and chemicals, that they might start to feel better and not feel so sick everyday...
Unfortunately ... Instead, they insisted that their fibro myalgia symptoms, constipation, facial pain, sinus problems and indigestion, had nothing to do with their poor food choices. These sisters actually argued with me, that they were sure that eating bad and smoking and drinking alcohol was not a contributing factor to their mom's ill health or to their own health problems.
On the other hand, my patient's kids were great, ... with open minds, they happily began, helping me make fresh organic salads and smoothies and said they liked the food and it tasted good. Unfortunately, they were dissappointed that they weren't able to share any of the salads and smoothies, they were making, with their aunts, ( their own mom's sisters...) or their Nana, ( their mom's mother...) ... nor were they able to interest any of their aunts about learning why organic food tastes better and why it is better for you to eat.
It was hard for them to understand why their aunts didn't even care to know anything about how healthy and delicious the organic salads and smoothies were, that we were making and eating ....
It made everyone very sad, that they didn't want to know anything about how to eat healthy, refusing to believe that they would start to feel better and heal their health problems if they changed their eating habits..
...
My patient's kids and my patient's friend, helped me make some great organic salads and smoothies... and we ate everything ourselves.... just like the little red hen....
There's even a photo, in this gallery, of Annette, with her son Isaiha, showing off all the good organic ingrediants, she put in her first smoothie, she made, all by herself, in their new blender....
... And ... Everyone at the house, loved helping me eat the crackers, we made ourselves, out of flax seeds, almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, carrots, garlic, ginger, red cabbage and tomatoes... and my patient started feeling better, even tho she was so upset about her sisters' terrible behavior...

all was basically lost that was sitting on the east side of our home... in the kitchen, and the cabinets, the garage and the living room... as
the wall that was shared with our neighbors... whose Hot water Heater just burst.... got soaked... and there was all this water that just kept on.... coming.... in..... we had to tear out the carpeting on the floor, half way across our living room and lost all our paper work that was sitting on the floor, by the filing cabinets.

What a day !
We were at three different locations and saw half a dozen absolutely awesome stallions ! These horses are prize winning dressage performers, too ! We met some really nice people and edited the whole video in less than 24 hours !

January 2007 - I started the new year off, right, by spending a day with Hompsananda, She came from Yogaville, in Virginia, to visit Miami, after never leaving the ashram, for the past twenty one years. This was her second time visiting florida, after fifty years ! It was a blessing to be able to spend some quality time, with her, in the car, while driving from Frt Lauderdale, to South Beach. However, I feel it was Gaylan, that really made lunch and our stroll on Lincoln Road, so much fun !
Then, getting to meet Gaylan, again, with Mica and Sachi in Boca and going shopping, to the beach and eating at a Vietnamese restaurant.... really continued to keep the blessings flowing, for this new year, too !

They got rainbow colored LED lights that never burn out, and you really can get these wheels to light up ! ~ ... Whether you are strapping onto your shoes, these " WILD Wheels" or if you are just setting these guys on a turntable, usually used only for records... these wheels just light up & sparkle !
I got one shot, where the wheels let Adam .... fly so fast... he disappeared ... and the only thing you see in the photo... are just the rainbow lights from the
" WILD Wheels" !

This was a magical photo shoot, on an almost perfect beautiful day, that had the best well behaved stallions, captured in a little piece of an imaginary place... that was almost like heaven... kinda like Adashi... .... and the day ended with an absolutely delightful fun evening, too !

on our 2 man paddle boat, on the Hillsboro Canal...

We named our paddle boat, "Lily Paddle Pad" ... B'cuz, she is a really silly looking boat. She's basically a bicycle with two seats and a couple of pontoons strapped on.
Lilly provides great exercise and she's quiet, so you can see the wildlife, along the Hillsboro canal, without scaring everyone !
This makes it possible for us to photograph... iguanas and birds, alligators
and even people..... all along the Hillsboro Canal.
Paddling quietly along, the Hillsboro Canal, we have an opportunity to get candid photos of what we see ... and to learn about the wildlife and the essence of the land herself, by making friends with the characters living on and around the Hillsboro Canal.
Perhaps, you'd like to experience a little trip on our paddle boat... ~ on
"Lily Paddle Pad" .... or perhaps you would like to be in our documentary, or support our project to "clean up" the Hillsboro Canal...
We haven't been out, in a while, BUT, we used to go out a couple days a week, around 3:30 p.m. til 5 or 6 p.m.
